I've been fiddling with my #Known instance (https://social.omgmog.net), and for now I think I'm happy with it and how it integrates with the rest of my site.
Another couple of evening and it'll hopefully match my site design more!

@pete It's not a replacement for (all of) it.
My current blog setup is Jekyll/github pages, with brid.gy to collect most mentions from social media and webmention.io to handle caching/serving of the mentions. With a self-rolled script to render them.
My end goal is to have all of my data on my own server.
